Unhelpful customer service, error in stock control

Ordered a bowl and then they sent me an email two days later saying it's out of stock so now I'm without a gift for a birthday not impressed. And over email they have been very unhelpful offering no compensation and the refund is taking ages to come through. Would not recommend using this company.
