1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in UK. We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in UK only. Any shipments outside of the UK are not available at this time.

 3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1-2 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on [Sundays].

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are:

£3.95 for orders up to £34.99

Free Delivery for orders £35.00 and over.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page or by telephone. 

6. Damaged Items in Transport

7. Non-Receipt of Goods Policy

At Yellow Sunrise, we take great care to ensure all orders are dispatched promptly and delivered according to the selected shipping method. If you believe you have not received your order, please review the policy below.

Customer Responsibility

If you do not receive your goods within the expected delivery timeframe, you must contact us as soon as you become aware of the issue. All non-receipt claims must be reported by emailing sales@yellowsunrise.co.uk

Failure to notify us promptly may limit our ability to investigate the matter with the courier or provide a resolution.

Investigation Process

Once we are notified:

We will review tracking information and delivery confirmation.

We may contact the courier to investigate the delivery.

Additional information may be requested from the customer to assist with the investigation.

Resolution

If the investigation confirms that the goods were not delivered, we will take appropriate action, which may include a replacement or refund, at our discretion and in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Important Notes

Claims made without contacting us directly may not be eligible for resolution.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays or rejection of the claim.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.
